PTA helps to bring many fun,educational and enriching programs to our students to help foster the arts, sciences, reading, diversity, community outreach, anti-bullying and anti-drug campaigns at our school.
We are able to bring hand-selected assemblies to the school to promote healthy choices, environmental awareness and growth mindset.
This is an opportunity to bring your gently used, preloved and grade appropriate books and exchange them for "new to you" books.
Castle Rossmoor is our incentivized reading program that tracks progress using Accelerated Reader, Raz Kids and book tracking to help encourage and foster a love of reading.
We are always looking for opportunities to create and work together on projects that focus directly on the needs of the community

FAMILY NIGHTS
We offer various activities throughout the year that allow families to enjoy a fun event on campus and a meal and gives an opportunity to hang with friends and meet new families.
This year we are working hard to bring a school garden to the school. This will feature a garden box for each grade level. It will allow the kids to have firsthand opportunities to care for a garden as well as a multitude of teaching moments.
Read Across America is a day held annually on March 2nd that encourages children in every community to read and also encourages parents and teachers
to celebrate the joy of reading. It’s a holiday that has been celebrated since 1998 and falls on the same day as children’s book author Dr. Seuss.
PTA’s Reflections program has helped students explore their own thoughts, feelings and ideas, develop artistic literacy, increase confidence and find a love for learning that will help them become more successful in school and in life.
Our committee helps to provide support and offer connections with other families in the district as well as provide other parenting resources and tools to members and t he community at large.
